I liked nothing in particular .
The hotel staff were very rude an impolite. All except, one receptionist by name Levis, were unfriendly and uncooperative. The lady serving the breakfast had a very unpleasant countenance. My heating never worked, and when i asked the receptionist about the fault he said he did not know. It seemed that the receptionists only knew the phrase, "I dont know".All i can say is that i wouldn't want to stay there again, and would not recommend it to anyone either. The breakfast served each morning was very meager, considering the amount that was charged for it.

It's a decent no frills budget stay (with an elevator), it's clean, it's got 24h English speaking staff, and the hotel is located in a nice neighborhood.

I liked the friendly staff. They were keen to help and always had a smile. I was travelling with my 13yr old daughter, the staff helped her with her french.

Metro stop is not far away, nice bars & restaurants around... Some of the staff very nice/friendly :)
Very thin walls > very noisy, no air conditioning, some of the staff not so nice/friendly, typical french ?

This is a great budget hotel. It is out of the centre but the Metro is very good and the Anatole France stop is litrally 5min walk from hotel. The reception staff were great & spoke good english. The room is basic but clean & tidy. The shower was great and the tap water drinkable. For exploring Paris on a budget, this is ideal.
You dont get a view other than of the courtyard, but this is not a problem for me.

The staff was very co-operative and helped a lot. The location of the hoyel is also very favorable as the metro stations and shops are at a walking distance.
The internet speed was a bit slow.

Friendly staff, good location for conference at Negocia
Nothing to smile about here, no soap in shower the first day, short bed in tiny room where not a single franc has been spend since 1968. Breakfast should at least be included in 79 euro for a single room. But it's Paris...

The Hotel was clean and close to a subway station making access to the rest of Paris easy
There was a musty odor to the room when we returned at the end of the day.

Hotel was not of the highest quallity of accomodation, but really very fine, clear, fine personal. And a very good price. And of course the breakfast for 7.5 € was a very good price and very fine. I reccommend to stay in hotel- good ratio price/quallity and an excellent breakfast, you must to try it. Wifi internet is free in every room. Really very fine and plesent hotel with a perfect breakfast for a rather low price and it is in a good place- approx. 200-300 m from metro station. I recommend it!

The room was clean, and the cleaning staff vacuumed, cleaned the bathroom and changed the towels every day. The room was equipped with a small fridge which was very helpful and a tv. The location is quiet and very close to the metro, which gives quick access to any location in Paris. Also close to supermarkets for cheaper food. The staff was helpful and friendly.
